Position Available: Scientist, Physicochemical Characterization

The Nanotechnology Characterization Lab (NCL) provides nanotechnology formulation and characterization services for universities, the pharmaceutical industry and other government programs. Since our founding in 2004, the NCL has characterized more than 400 different nanomedicines for more than 100 organizations worldwide. We are currently seeking a Scientist to join our Physicochemical Characterization team. Those having experience with RP-HPLC, LC-MS, and QCM-D are especially encouraged to apply.

The scientist in this position will be expected to assist in the physicochemical characterization of a diverse array of nanoparticle types and develop new analytical methods for evaluating nanomedicines. Formulation experience of nanotechnology-based drug delivery platforms is a plus. He/She should also possess strong communication and writing skills to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team and will be responsible for the formal reporting and presentation of research data.
